Services. Triple D's Tree Service provides Stump Removal, Tree Removal, Tree Pruning, Tree Planting, Shrub Removal and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Triple D's Tree Service and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination. Triple D's Tree Service may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Limitation. In no event will Triple D's Tree Service's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Triple D's Tree Service from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Law and Venue. FL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in FL.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
